It gels quickly in liquid, so I mix it in with my other dry herb/supplements before adding adding hot water to mix and drink. That helps. Got it because when it got cold this year, my skin got more dry than usual and the skin on my face looked tight & weird. Got a creamy lotion with vitamin C, but new my skin needed something more. Its been a few weeks and my skin is not as bad as it was and my face does not look so dehydrated. Hoping my skin will just get better over time. Getting old sucks, but we can do it more gracefully with supplements, healthy diet & exercise.

I have bone on bone in my right knee with severe arthritis which basically means I need a knee replacement (which I’m told I’m too young for). I’ve done steroid injections, PT, kt tape, copper knee brace, and now this. I started taking 1/8 teaspoon twice daily and literately within 3 days my knee pain was reduced by 80%. I think I finally found something that will help me postpone surgery, yet still remain active. If you struggle to stay active due to chronic joint pain, I highly recommend you at least try this and hopefully you will find relief too.
